Our Story
We First Met
July 12, 2013
We first met in Philadelphia at the Young Sindhi Adults (YSA) retreat, where we talked about where we were from, how we grew up in New York and New Jersey, and Singa’s famous pizza. It was the beginning of something special.
Our First Date
December 27, 2013
For our first date, we went to New York City where we visited Central Park, Times Square, and other places throughout Manhattan. We also indulged in pizza and ice cream.
We Took a Trip
October 16, 2014
After several months, we decided to take an adventure. We both traveled to Europe, where we visited mountains, cathedrals, and even a famous tower.
The Proposal
June 20, 2015
As destiny wrote it, he proposed to her at Mickey’s doorsteps in Orlando, FL. It was a magical moment that will be cherished forever.
The Wedding
April 16, 2016
And after months of anticipation, we’ll celebrate a new chapter in our lives with friends and family.
Engagement
Over the course of six weeks, Ajay began to drop hints about Aarti’s “travel adventure” that he was planning for her. While he said it was for her birthday, he had other plans in mind.
